Location: 900 Cottage Grove Rd, Wilde Bldg, Bloomfield, CT – 06152
Duration: 7+ Months

Flex or Work at Home depending on candidate location.  open to remote candidates working EST

Key Functions:
  • This dynamic role is central to the success of Client Healthcare’s campaigns using your knowledge of marketing, our customer data, and campaign management systems to strategize, create, target, and launch communications to our customers.
  • You should have the ability to wear multiple hats and work with many different types of teams and individuals – this role is not your typical “follow steps A-Z” to execute a campaign, although you need to be able to execute flawlessly using multiple tools. You’ll be empowered to own more than just the campaign delivery, but be involved in strategy, lifecycle marketing, brand discussions, etc.. You must have the aptitude and desire to expand your skillset and you’ll be given the opportunity to lean into different areas of interest with extra focus on topics that excite you.
  • In this role, it will be important to communicate effectively and think critically about the work being done = “is this the best way to do this? are we targeting the right customers? How can we make this campaign better?” Marketing and insight should drive all decisions and be the backbone for the purpose of campaigns and you’ll be empowered to help inform on how we should be running our campaigns.

Opportunities:
  • The chance to be involved in a high priority Center of Excellence within The Client's Group marketing organization working in a fast paced, fun, and collaborative environment.
  • Opportunities to learn various marketing technologies and tools, including data platform, project management software, email solutions, etc..
  • Be influential in this position – you will be encouraged to get creative and understand the purpose of what the requestor is trying to achieve and helping them apply best practices and learnings from other campaigns.
  • Regular 1:1 sessions with your manager and opportunities for more senior skip level meetings.
  • Opportunity for future consideration for full time roles and positions on the extended team.

Ideal Candidates Will Offer
Skills:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of customer direct marketing experience with an emphasis on campaign development and management experience. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
  • We value people with some SQL experience, familiarity with different data platforms and data structures as they enable use of our CDP platform to design and implement campaigns that meet the business need.
  • A fundamental understanding of working with HTML, including working with various email send providers (ESPs); familiarity with HTML best practices for optimal delivery and customer interaction, and experience with developing campaigns with dynamic content tailored to specific subsets of customers.
  • You have a love for accuracy and attention to detail – understanding our customer’s preferences and privacy are necessary to ensure our communications reflect those needs.
  • You’re a rock star when it comes to strong communication skills, and you understand the importance of internal customer service. These talents are vital to growing relationships with our stakeholders and working as partners to achieve a successful outcome.
  • You should possess strong project management skills to guide the campaign implementation, working in a project management tool, and be comfortable sharing best practices and common procedures with fellow campaign advisors on the team.
  • You should love collaborating and working together with teammates and business partners to brainstorm creatively and come up with effective solutions.
  • Utilize a Proactive approach – you will be expected to initiate tasks on your own with minimal guidance, giving you the freedom to manage your work in a fast paced, changeable environment with shifting priorities at times.
  • Experience with an assortment of direct marketing platforms are a plus (such as RedPoint, Teradata, SalesForce, etc).
  • You can recall your past marketing experience and convey ways that the Customer Lifecycle Marketing COE can more effectively measure our campaigns to drive reductions in cost, increase revenue, and drive customers to take the desired actions of the communications we send.
Non-negotiable skills:
  • Direct Marketing Experience
  • communicate effectively
  • manage time and multiple projects appropriately.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, with a preferred focus of Marketing, Business or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of customer campaign implementation experience.  Healthcare experience a plus.
